All the teachers are experienced professionals with degrees in Applied linguistics and Letters.

NEOHEL, founded in 1967, is the oldest private research/teaching center for the learning of Greek as a foreign language. NEOHEL is also a publishing house that operates under the current name since 1992. It has been selected by the European Commission to organize seminars and training events after having successfully coordinated Socrates/Lingua programs and after having published various educational materials (www.asteriasbooks.com) concerning the teaching of Greek as a foreign language and the dissemination of Greek civilization and culture.
